Return Policy

We want you to love your Verso Heels. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Email us at returns@versoheels.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.

Pack & Ship

Place the shoes in their original packaging and attach the prepaid return label. Drop off the parcel at your nearest collection point.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. For exchanges, we'll ship the new pair immediately.

Return conditions: Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
